Welcome to Sol y Mar Travel LLC (“I,” “Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, submitting a trip request form, or booking travel services through us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Sol y Mar Travel LLC provides travel planning and booking services, including but not limited to flights, accommodations, tours, cruises, and transportation, through independent third‑party suppliers. We do not own, operate, or control any travel services.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including legal names exactly as shown on government‑issued identification. Clients must review all travel documents for accuracy. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

3. Booking and Payment

· Bookings may require full payment or a deposit as specified by the supplier.

· Payment terms, deadlines, and refund rules are determined by each supplier.

· Sol y Mar Travel LLC may charge service fees for planning, research, itinerary changes, or additional services.

· All payments are subject to the supplier’s policies.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

· Cancellations are governed by the policies of the supplier providing the travel service.

· Refunds, if available, will be issued according to the supplier’s rules.

· The Agency is not responsible for delays in refund processing or for services that are non‑refundable.

· Some bookings may be 100% non‑refundable.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that clients purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, or lost luggage. The Agency is not liable for losses that could have been covered by insurance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sol y Mar Travel LLC is not liable for:

· Acts, omissions, or errors of third‑party suppliers

· Injury, illness, accident, delay, or damage resulting from travel services

· Changes in schedules, accommodations, or services by suppliers

· Losses due to weather, natural disasters, political events, or government actions

Clients agree to hold the Agency harmless from any claims arising from supplier actions or travel‑related incidents.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, weather events, strikes, civil unrest, or government actions.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or from services provided by Sol y Mar Travel LLC shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California, under U.S. law.

9. Assumption of Risk & Personal Conduct

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, accidents, weather disruptions, natural disasters, or incidents caused by third parties. Clients participate in travel activities at their own risk and are responsible for their personal conduct and safety.

Sol y Mar Travel LLC is not responsible for:

· Injuries or losses related to alcohol consumption

· Illness from food or beverages

· Unsafe behavior or negligence

· Incidents involving other travelers or third parties

10. Travel Documentation Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, entry permits, vaccinations, and any other required travel documents. The Agency is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

11. Travel Disclaimer

The information provided on this website, in itineraries, or through consultations is based on the best available details at the time of planning. However:

· Travel conditions, entry requirements, health advisories, and supplier policies may change without notice.

· The Agency does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current status of travel information.

· Clients are responsible for staying informed about travel advisories, safety alerts, and entry requirements for their destination.

· The Agency is not liable for disruptions, closures, delays, or changes caused by airlines, hotels, tour operators, governments, or external events.

By booking through Sol y Mar Travel LLC, clients acknowledge that travel involves risks and uncertainties beyond the Agency’s control.
